We'll spend the first 2 days of camp on the pottery wheels learning the basics of wheel throwing, before moving into 2 days of handbuilding--including altering our wheel thrown work and having time for an independent project. |

We will take a basic article of clothing that you may already own, and then turn it into something unique and special by adding personal details using embroidery. Great for both beginner and advanced students. All students will design their own supply bag to keep.

Falling Creek’s June Camp session is 20 days and provides a great opportunity for first-time campers in 1st-9th grade who are excited about all that camp has to offer. The June Camp session offers a wide variety of activities and allows boys an opportunity to build self-confidence as they improve their skills and enhance their friendships. Campers live in cabin groups of eight and choose their six favorite activities to make up their daily schedule, as well as outdoor trips off-property. |

Beep boop bop! This camp week is all about robots! Using a wide variety of materials, campers will design, build, and play with robots throughout the week while exploring both sculpture and 2-D art-making. Projects include building mix-and-match robots using velcro connectors, creating kinetic Scribble Bots that draw as they move, constructing wood block robots with springy legs, and experimenting with printmaking using Legos. |
