BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! Kona Ice will be at the farm every Friday of summer camp. Be sure to send your camper with $ if they will be attending aftercare, or join them for a yummy treat on the last day of camp. Thank you to Kona Ice of Hampden for partnering with us to make this summer extra sweet!
NEW THIS YEAR-Each week will have a theme throughout. While your camper will still visit, interact and learn about ALL the animals at the farm, including horses, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits, cows and donkeys, there will be an overall educational emphasis highlighted all week. Explore the options below and pick the one/ones your child would enjoy the most. If planning to come to multiple weeks of camp, try to choose weeks that have different themes.
W1: June 1st - June 5th, 2026 Young Gardeners—Special Guest Educators from Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) will be joining us on Friday, June 5th!
Get ready to dig in, get messy and watch the magic of nature come to life! Campers become young gardeners, planting seeds, tending to sprouts and discovering the secrets of the soil.
W2: June 8th - June 12th, 2026 Insect Investigators—Special Guest Educator, Beekeeper Tasha Wilson from BeeJoy Farms
Step into the world of tiny creatures with a big impact! Campers will explore the farm, observe real pollinators and insects up close, and learn how bugs help our planet thrive.
W3: June 15th - June 19th, 2026 Doctors for Animals—Special Guest speakers to include real life veterinarians, along with activities and educational support from CSU Spur
Calling all animal lovers! This week campers will step into the shoes of real veterinarians—learning how to care for furry and feathered friends of the farm.
W4: June 22nd - June 26th, 2026 Fiber Frenzy-Special guests to include llamas!
Discover the amazing journey from farm to fiber! Campers will explore how animal hair, wool and other natural fibers are transformed into the fabrics we use everyday.

W5: July 6th - July 10th, 2026 Feathered Friends with Special Feathered Guests from Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance
Campers will explore the amazing world of feathered creatures—from friendly farmyard chickens and ducks, to majestic Colorado birds of prey like hawks, eagles and owls. Bring your binoculars and join us for a week of feathered fun!
W6: July 13th - July 17th, 2026 Creepy Crawlies-Special Guest Speaker from Party Safari who will be bringing some animal ambassadors to the farm
Get ready to explore the wild side of the farm! Campers will discover the fascinating world of bugs, snakes, lizards and other amazing creatures that slither, hop and crawl around us.
W7: July 20th - July 24th, 2026 County Fair Fun—Guest speakers from Adams Country Fair to come to TUF to tell us all about the upcoming fair.
Step right up! Campers will experience the excitement of the county fair—from preparing the animals to stepping into the show ring. Learn what it takes to earn that first place ribbon!
W8: July 27th - July 31st, 2026 Doctors for Animals/Fiber Frenzy-hybrid themed week—Special Guest speakers to include real life veterinarians, along with activities and educational support from CSU Spur and special guest appearance by llamas!

Saddle up for a wild week at camp as we celebrate the heart of the West—the rodeo!!! Campers will experience the traditions, teamwork and courage behind rodeo life through fun, safe and educational activities.
