Ahoy ye Pirates near and far, the Northglenn Pirate Fest be takin' place again in Septemberrrrr, so be sure t' pull anchor and be here! The event is September 21 from 11 AM - 6 PM and is for kids, families and individuals. It is free entry and will include more food than you can swallow and a bay full of booth vendors filled with loot for young and old alike, plus all of the yummyy pirate drinks (rum, beer and mead). In addition we have mermaids, crafts, kids activities, historical information, Piratical music and more!

Does your child LOVE to sing? Young Voices of Colorado, an award-winning children's choir, invites parents and 2nd-4th grade singers to visit a FREE Class this September. This is the perfect way for you and your singer to get to know our program and, if we're a good fit, register for our 2024-2025 season! No previous singing experience is required. Your singer will learn a few basics of how to sing beautifully, new songs, and meet new friends. Classes are highly interactive and and welcoming.

Miners Day is our premier community event that originated as a celebration to honor and remember Frederick’s mining heritage. This annual event features family-oriented fun and entertainment throughout the day including a parade, burro race, vendors, food trucks, activities, contests, and live entertainment. Per tradition, Miners Day will conclude with a spectacular evening concert and fireworks display.
