What our organization offers:
Ages for which our activities are most appropriate:
We are a youth athletic training facility. We offer speed and agility and strength and conditioning group classes for athletes from any sport. We also offer a variety of 1:1 training as well.

At Redline Athletics Centennial we create better athletes by focusing on developing fundamental skills of speed/agility and strength/conditioning that will create a faster, stronger more agile athlete no matter what sport(s) the athlete competes in.

Our focus is on the whole athlete. Mindset, Mentorship, Character and Confidence and creating healthy habits and lifestyle that will benefit our youth both on and off the field. At Redline Athletics we also believe in making our results measurable. When an athlete joins our program, we will administer a baseline evaluation test to determine the athlete’s current ability level. We will then re-test each athlete on a 12-week cycle so that both the athlete and the parent/guardian can see the results of their hard work.

Our semi-private training starts with injury prevention. During our initial evaluation of the athlete, we will perform a Fusionetics® Body map and Movement Efficiency scan. This will allow us to see the athletes’ body symmetry and how we can help the to create better movement efficiency and symmetry which promotes injury prevention and improved athletic performance. Redline Athletics is the only youth training facility to utilize this state-of-the-art technology that is typically only used by colligate and professional organizations. Each athlete and parent will have access to this information through the Fusionetics® app.

Our training program follows a monthly cycle.

Week 1 will focus on linear speed and acceleration. Each day of the week will have a different workout that focuses on creating the necessary strength, form and skills to improve the athletes’ linear speed and acceleration and leave their opponents in the dust.

Week 2 will focus on deceleration and change of direction. Each day of the week will have a different workout that focuses on creating the necessary strength, form and skills to improve the athlete’s ability to decelerate/stop change directions quicky and make the type of athletic moves that will get our athletes in the right spot to make the big play!

Week 3 will focus on Explosiveness and Power. Each day of the week will have a different workout that focuses on creating the necessary strength, form and skills to improve the athletes Explosiveness and Power. This allows the athlete to jump higher/further to make that big catch block or spike or the power to move opponent’s or get that extra explosive move in that can be game changing!

Week 4 is our combo week. This is where we take all the skills learned over the past 3 weeks and link them together to show our athletes how all these skills can improve their overall athleticism and make them a true competitor and become “Greater than Yesterday.”
