Krishna Temple
Opened in 2001, this Rajastani style Krishna Temple sits on 14 ares of land, overlooking the south of Utah County and Interstate 15 to the west. Aside from the unique architecture, there is a 200,00 gallon lake with waterfall, aviary with exotic parrots, 20 peacocks, 30 llamas and three miniature cows.The second floor interior features marble floors, chandeliers, a hand carved teak wood altar, central dome 50 feet high, artwork and sculpture. Additionally, there are a vegetarian buffet and gift store on the ground floor. Aside form being known as a top tourist destination for South Utah County, every last Sat/Sun in March the temple hosts "Holi, the Festival of Colors, which drew 20,000 attendees in 2022.
We are the favorite destination for many high school and elementary school field trips, and home school groups. A scheduled tour could include animal handling (llamas, parrots), a Question and Answer Session on the Culture of India, some yoga, music, and lunch. FMI Vai 801 919-9933
