We offer Krav Maga (Self-Defense) and Kickboxing classes, seminars, and workshops for Adults, Teens, and Children. We teach at corporate events, schools, and clubs.
-The youth martial arts class is specifically designed to use martial arts concepts and functional fitness to build strong characters and emphasizes the areas of courtesy, confidence, decisiveness, respect, and discipline.
It is designed to improve your child's emotional intelligence, practical self-defense, and the ABC’s of success. Our classes are safe, fun, exciting, positive, and age appropriate. The children will learn the techniques of krav maga, Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, Hapkido, and karate.
The adult krav maga and women self-defense classes are dynamic, practical, effective and fun. This program is a self-defense based fitness program designed for adults that help shape your physical and mental state to keep yourself safe.
All of these courses are taught by our full-time professional instructors. They are certified under the Evolve Martial Arts Certified Instructor Training (CIT) Program as well as the Krav Maga Institute. Rely on our instructors who keep themselves abreast with the latest techniques and skills.
The Krav Maga Institute provides all our instructors with high-level tactical self-defense training for civilians, security, law enforcement, and military personnel.
