DINING
Cheyenne Mountain Resort features in-room dining as well as three distinctive dining venues, providing a variety of cuisine to satisfy every palette. The Resort’s signature restaurant, the Mountain View Restaurant, is locally-renowned for its Colorado Fusion menu, which blends locally-grown organic products and wild game with Southwestern flavors to bring guests a true Rocky Mountain dining experience. Popular dishes include Buffalo Short Ribs, Ruby Red Trout with Bacon Jam and Tamarind Honey, and Achiote Marinated Chicken.

The restaurant also offers sumptuous buffets prepared from its open-air kitchen, featuring a daily-changing spread of salads, entrees and desserts, and an award-winning Sunday champagne brunch, a favorite among locals and guests. Sweeping views of Cheyenne Mountain provide the ideal backdrop to every meal served in the Mountain View Restaurant, and a large outdoor terrace offers a relaxing atmosphere in the warmer months.

Named after the famous Cherokee Indian cowboy, humorist, political commentator and entertainer from the 1920’s, the Will Rogers Lounge captures the playful spirit of its namesake. Featuring small bites and finely-crafted cocktails, the Will Rogers Lounge is the perfect place to unwind with a game of pool, darts, foosball or Nintendo wii, or by catching a game on the lounge’s big screen television. During the summer, grab a seat on the Sundance Terrace, with a view of the Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun.
After a morning on the practice greens or a day on the rolling emerald fairways of Cheyenne Mountain Resort’s Pete-Dye designed golf course, guests are invited to head over to the Pineview Restaurant at the Clubhouse for a refreshing drink, lunch or dinner. The Pineview offers a chophouse-style menu and seasonal outdoor seating featuring sweeping views of the golf course and the spectacular Cheyenne Mountain range.
