Fencing is a fantastic physical and mental workout for everyone, regardless of size, shape, or weight. Our classes and camps are engaging and fun.
Class Duration: 1 hour for youth and 1.5 hours for adult, including fitness and fencing.
Training includes:
- Circuit training for strength and conditioning.
- Drills for footwork, blade work and tactics.
- Stream drills* where students learn from each other, building confidence and mutual respect.
- Fencing bouting with analysis to refine technique, tactics and strategy.
*"Stream drill" is a type of exercise or practice method designed to enhance a fencer's reflexes, decision-making, and fluidity of movement. During a stream drill, fencers perform a continuous series of attacks and defenses, often without pauses, simulating the fast-paced and unpredictable nature of a real fencing bout.
