The Kids’ Mindfulness Camp at Ahimsa Yoga and Wellness is a special week camp that supports the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of kids ages 6 to 11. Throughout the duration of the camp, we support children’s development of a mindfulness practice using yoga, art, and nature-based activities!
