If you love chocolate, we have the class for you! Chef Tlanezi brings her pastry chef experience into this class that will lead you through a variety of techniques working with chocolate. Learn to bake with it, proper melting, forming chocolate and creating beautiful pastries. If you think chocolate should have its own food group, this class is for you!
