Join the Cast of Into the Woods Jr. (Grades 5–8) at Pickering Academy – Spring 2026!
Be careful what you wish for… because it just might come true—on stage! This spring, students in grades 5–8 will dive into the enchanting and twisty world of fairy tales in Into the Woods Jr., Stephen Sondheim’s musical masterpiece adapted especially for young performers.

Featuring iconic characters like Cinderella, Jack (and his beanstalk), Little Red Riding Hood, and the Witch, this witty and heart-filled production weaves together classic stories with unforgettable music and meaningful lessons. It's the perfect opportunity for middle schoolers to grow their acting, singing, and ensemble skills in a professional and supportive setting.
