Get creative while learning about sustainability and entrepreneurship in this hands-on workshop focused on upcycling and handmade goods. Participants will use old or unused fabric materials to create a new tie toy or blanket, transforming everyday items into something useful, meaningful, and unique.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to plan a project from start to finish, including selecting materials, estimating time, calculating supply costs, and understanding how to price handmade items fairly. The workshop will also explore why upcycling matters, how sustainable practices can reduce waste, and how eco-friendly products can add value to a business or personal brand.

By the end of the session, participants will walk away with a finished creation, a better understanding of sustainable design, and practical skills for turning handmade projects into thoughtfully priced products. No prior crafting experience needed—just a willingness to learn, create, and think sustainably.
