Race with Duo

The day kicks off with coach-led warm-ups to shake out the wiggles and get racers excited. Kids can then choose from three distances — a ¼ mile for ages 2–3, a ½ mile for ages 4–7, or a 1-mile course for ages 8–12. Our courses are clearly marked with cones, filled with music and cheering coaches, and designed to keep every child motivated from start to finish. Parents are encouraged to run alongside their children or cheer them on every step of the way.
Every participant will receive a finisher certificate, and top racers in each division will be recognized with awards. At Duo, we believe movement is more fun when it’s shared — so this event is as much about families bonding as it is about reaching the finish line.
