Play + Explore Class Ages 3 - 5

This class is specifically designed for each developmental age, stage, and phase of your child. Children will participate in structured activities through yoga, movement, sensory play, and music. Each class will include actives specific to each age group’s motor development, emotional stage, and social development. This class is a DROP-OFF. Parents are welcome to attend, if they feel their child needs support. Siblings welcome! If your almost three year old can hang with his/her older sibling - please contact the instructor prior to class. $6 charge for additional child.

Each class is Drop - In and Drop-Off. There is no weekly commitment, but Registration is encouraged. Packages and sibling discounts are available. Class package infomation and a Registration link is available on our webiste - www.bellybliss.org.
Play + Explore Classes for ages 3 - 5 are paired with a fitness class. Moms or Caregivers can get in a workout, while your little ones are stimualted and educated!
