A Pizza Party!

Hands-on cooking class making pizza dough and sauce from scratch, and take home dough so you can treat your family to dinner on you! You'll be making Classic Margarita, Calzones, Cheesy Breadsticks and Dessert Pizza.

There’s nothing like the taste of home-made pizza! Join Chef Amy for a morning in the kitchen as she instructs on the basics of making mouthwatering hand-tossed pizza. You’ll learn the steps to making very own dough and a classic pizza sauce from scratch, and can choose from a host of toppings to enhance your creation – from the traditional to the more unique! This class will give you the confidence to try your own dough-making and pizza-tossing skills in your own kitchen. Plus you’ll take pizza dough home with you, so dinner will be on you tonight! Ages 8 and up.
You’ll be making: Basic Dough, Classic Pizza Sauce, Basil Pesto, Cheesy Italian Breadsticks, Calzone, and Dessert Pizza.
