Nesting Great Horned Owls

Start with a fun overview of owls and their role in our world, dissect a pellet, then hike with a naturalist seeking hidden adult owls, nests and even fuzzy owl chicks.

Dress in layers for changing temps, wind, and waterproof outer layer, warm boots, hat and gloves, sunscreen. Easy hike is approximately 1.5 - 3 miles. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Ages 6 years and up. Pets not permitted.
