Mother Daughter Yoga & Date Night for Tweens/Teens

Join Sara Guenther and her daughter for an evening of yoga that celebrates the feminine spirit. Class will foster positive communication between mother and daughter, enhance trust, renew our capacity for playfulness, and nourish the bond between mom and daughter.

Come prepared for a themed discussion, individual and partner yoga poses, breathwork, games, and meditative practices. Class is designed for mothers (or any adult female role model) and daughters ages12-15. No yoga experience is necessary.
