Day 1: Baking Bonanza
On the first day of our boot camp, young chefs will dive into the delightful world of baking. From measuring ingredients to mastering the art of mixing, participants will learn the fundamental skills needed to create mouthwatering baked goods. Chef Laura will guide our young bakers through the step-by-step process of creating delicious cookies, cakes, and pastries. By the end of the day, junior bakers will not only have a sweet tooth satisfaction but also a newfound confidence in the baking realm, (especially at altitude).

Get ready to shift gears on day two as we transition into the exciting realm of cooking. Junior chefs will explore essential cooking skills, from knife techniques to stove mastery. They'll embark on a culinary journey, learning how to sauté, simmer, and season like a pro. With hands-on experience, participants will whip up savory dishes that showcase their newfound cooking skills. By the end of Junior Chef Boot Camp, our junior chefs will have a well-rounded skill set to impress friends and family with their delicious creations.
