July 1-3 Improv Intensive: Theatre Mini-Camp (Ages 8-18)

*The event has already taken place on this date: Wed, 07/03/2024
Students will develop confidence and improve their acting and comedy capabilities in Stagebugz Theeatre's exciting mini-camp. We will learn the basics of improv, play lots of theater games, and even introduce campers to long-form performance as we work towards an informal showcase for parents on the last day. With opportunities for lessons and small groups tailored towards students' interests, our improv intensive is perfect for aspiring comedians and theater lovers alike!

We offer free workshops, pay-what-you-can classes, affordable camps, and public performances to meet every young performer's needs. Stagebugz is more than just a theatre company; we strive to be a place where every child feels safe, supported, and special. At Stagebugz, we believe that theatre can change lives, and we are excited to have your child join us!

Improv camp is open to students ages 8-18 of all experience levels and runs July 1st-3rd from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. Camp will culminate in a 10-minute informal parent "share-formance" to show off what students learned on the last day of camp.  The share-formance will take place at 2:30 PM on July 3rd at Columbine United Church.
