Roll up your sleeves and pour yourself a ‘cuppa. You’re about to bake your buns off in this British-themed baking class.
But you don’t have to be one of the best bakers in the country to participate in this special class. You’ll enjoy a relaxed and pressure-free environment (unlike the Bake Off tent!) while you try your hand at two traditional British desserts.
In this 2.5 hr hands-on class, I’ll equip you with the skills and techniques to recreate the following delicious bakes at home.
Here’s what you’re in store for:
Mini Lemon Drizzle Cakes: moist and zesty lemon pound cake that’d be the star of any afternoon tea.
Sticky Toffee Pudding: an irresistible, gooey, brown-sugar date cake soaked with toffee sauce. The British would probably serve this with custard, but in America, it’s gotta be à la mode.
You’ll walk away from each class ready to stun all your friends with your newfound British baking skills.
