Embossing Metal for Teens

Teens will learn how to draw on metal to create their own three-dimensional relief.

Teens will learn how to draw on metal to create their own three-dimensional relief. Throughout the class teens will learn how to draw and apply their designs to both a two and three-dimensional foil and/or metal surface. They will learn about the art of repoussé to create low reliefs on embossing foil and they will get to experiment with organic and geometric shapes to create their designs. Different colored foils will be used to create truly unique works of art. Class ins instructed by Maggie Stewart and all supplies will be provided.
