Come and design your very own dragon eye! We will learn about dragons and students will get to see how dragons have been depicted in the arts and in literature. Students will draw and design their very own dragon using a variety of materials that will include colored pencils and watercolor. We will also be using the resist technique to make the scales of our dragon bright and colorful. What will your dragon look like?
Not going anywhere for Spring Break? Stop by the Curtis Center for the Arts to create fun and unique hands-on art projects. This year our theme is fantasy, and we will be creating works of art featuring our favorite fantasy creatures that will include dragons, fairies, and unicorns.
Each day will feature a different art project and kids can pick which project they want to do, or they can do all of them! Get creative with us over Spring Break!
