Creatures! Create colorful creatures out of clay! Participants will learn the basics of handbuilding and slab construction and they will learn how to apply sgraffito and embossing techniques to their pieces as well as glaze their finished pieces. Come create your own wacky creatures!
All pieces will be fired and returned to students to be picked up at the Curtis Center for the Arts. More information will be provided.
Creature Creations on Saturday, September 26
Participants will be introduced to making sculptures out of clay as they construct their own creature in this quick but fun 3-hour workshop.
Creature Creations October 19 and 26
This quick but fun 2-day class will introduce participants to sculpting with clay and they will design and construct their very own creatures.
