Crazy Peacock at the After School Art Studio

We will be creating a very large and colorful peacock using a variety of techniques. We will be painting and covering our canvas with paint and alcohol inks. Students will have such a fun time learning how to apply and move the inks on their canvas which will create a very colorful backdrop. Then we will create the peacock using modeling paste. We will be layering and scraping the paste across the canvas to create this colorful and crazy peacock!
After School Art Studio - Come to the Curtis Center after school to let out your inner artist! At our After School Art Studio, we will be making a new work of art at each program. We will be painting, collaging, having fun with mixed media and other fun mediums and techniques to create unique works of art. Join us for one studio class or all of them!
