Join us for a fun and interactive fitness workshop series focused on combining mental wellness and movement for families!
Brynne Goldberg, LPCC and Owner of Peak Pursuits, will open the evening with a conversation focusing on the pre-holiday stressors (and excitement) that many of us experience each year. She will share with us how we can best communicate with our family members, make the most out of our time together, and how to keep on top of our goals throughout the holiday season.
We will end our wellness and movement workshop with an exercise series hosted by Andrea Testa, Owner of Team Testa Wellness. We’re going to get the entire family up, moving, and having fun. This exercise will be focused on teamwork and collaboration!
We will cover:
- Effective communication
- Goal setting/sticking to goals
- Keeping active during the colder season
- Descilation
- Combining teamwork with exercise
- How to get the whole family involved in exercise
- Intuitive eating during the holidays
What to bring: Yourself and your family members! All ages are welcome & yoga mats will be provided.
