Coding with Kids - Advanced 3D Game Development with Unity

Go beyond simple graphics and interactions and learn Unity, the technology behind some of the biggest games out there (Hearthstone, Cuphead)! In addition, students will learn the fundamentals of C# (C-Sharp) to really make their projects come alive.

Ages: 12-17 Tools: Unity Prerequisites: Prior coding experience with typed languages would be beneficial, but is not required. Length: 1 week

CAMP DESCRIPTION: Get ready to create your own 3D games in Unity! Campers will be introduced to concepts such as 3D geometry and physics, as well as the C# programming language. We will learn the core components of game design, how to use different assets, and how to code in C#. This new knowledge will really enable coders to create games exactly how they want them to be. Imagine, design, code!
