Come to the Curtis Center for the Arts this summer to design and construct your own animals out of clay!
Students will learn the basics of ceramic handbuilding including pinch pots, coiling, slab construction and more. This class will focus on animals and students will get to make both realistic and imaginative creatures! Throughout the class students will make multiple pieces that will be glazed and fired.
Pieces will be left at the Curtis Center for the Arts to dry and be fired. Parents will be emailed information regarding when they can pick up their child’s finished pieces at the Curtis Center for the Arts.
All supplies provided!
