Big & Lil’ Play Classes

Classes are created for Bigs (Caring Adults) and Lil’s (Awesome Kids) to support healthy child development to learn and grow in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. Classes focus on physical, intellectual, social and emotional skill building while having fun singing, playing instruments, and playing games. Can’t forget the joy of a colorful parachute, bubbles, and new friends.

Kids Wonder adapted Developmental Standards from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Head Start. Focusing on physical, intellectual, social and emotional skill building while having fun singing, playing instruments, and playing games. Can’t forget the joy of a colorful parachute, bubbles, and new friends.
- Physical activities help children develop motor skills, build body awareness, confidence, and self-management.
- Intellectual development activities build a child’s imagination, concentration, problem solving, and reasoning skills.
- Social interaction with other children helps to develop empathy and kindness, as well as communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Emotional development activities increases a child’s resiliency, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and expression.
