Ages 14-17 | Identity in Clay
*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 08/09/2024
The students will explore the concept of identity as it relates to themselves and their part in their environment and come up with a design. This design shall be applied to a functional personal item (cup, bowl or both). To build this vessel, students will learn coil, slab and pinch methods and select one to execute their project. The students will then explore methods of presentation in groups, and finally, constructively critique and learn from their peers. This 2-week camp is for ages 14-17.
