Young Chef: Stuffed Pasta

Our favorite Italian Donna Marrone, teaches you everything you wanted to know about making homemade pasta dough and fillings but were too afraid to ask! In this workshop you will learn the techniques to producing the lightest pasta dough, the different pasta shapes and how to make them, and the best kinds of sauces to complement each different type of pasta. We'll show you just how quick and easy making fresh pasta can be, and how to make authentic Italian fare at home!
