Our favorite Italian Donna Marrone is bringing her secrets of pasta making to our Young Chefs! Donna teaches you everything you wanted to know about making homemade pasta dough and sauces that you are ready to add to your kitchen skill set! In this workshop you will learn the techniques to producing the lightest pasta dough, the different pasta shapes and how to make them, and the best kinds of sauces to complement each type of pasta.
