Newnam will travel in her art camper, along with her two dachshunds, bringing collaboration and community together by adding public art to areas around the country. Along her journey, Newnam will work with different artists and businesses to encourage creativity and discovery.

From July 28 - Aug. 11 at Orchard Town Center, Newnam will create six large murals in a design inspired by a topographic map of the Rocky Mountains. The pattern in the background comes directly from the map, and each panel will have its own fruit blossom grown in orchards around Colorado, including apple, peach, cherry, apricot and plum. All six murals represent a section of the original topographic map and will be located along Orchard Parkway and Delaware Street.

Born in Phoenix, AZ, Newnam has had a passion for art from the beginning of time. She grew up in a very creative house that encouraged independence and following your passion. Traveling and camping has always been her biggest source of inspiration and can be viewed in murals at The Orchard Town Center.
