Urban Animals: SPREE Holiday Camp

The city is a wild place! Many species of animals create habitats in Denver. Learn with SPREE the different urban animals that call our City and the South Platte River their home! Campers may attend either or both days.

Looking for something for your kids to do when school is off but work isn't? ​Have them join SPREE at Johnson Habitat Park for fun and educational days filled with games, crafts, adventures and even top secret missions about the environment! SPREE offers school holiday camps for students Kindergarten (must be at least 6)-5th grade at SPREE Headquarters from 8AM to 6PM. The daily schedule will be as follows: 8AM - 9AM: Flexible drop-off time, free explore and craft time 9AM - 3PM: Planned educational activities and adventures by the river 3PM - 4:30PM: Flexible pick-up time, free explore and craft time 4:30PM - 6:00PM: Aftercare, flexible pick-up time, free explore and craft time ($7/child/day) Be sure to pack your camper with a water bottle and a full lunch + 2 snacks. Pack sunscreen, water shoes, and any clothing that they need to spend a majority of the day outside.

 

Campers can sign up for 1 or both days.
