45 minutes of strong and wonderful vinyasa flow under the trees will rejuvenate even the most stressed-out teen.
Beginner-friendly, this will teach you all you need to know, each week adding on to your experience and preparing you to practice in a yoga studio with confidence someday.
Suggested ages 12-17.
Drop in to become more flexible and strong in body, mind and spirit.
No registration needed. Suggested: Sunscreen, water bottle and a yoga mat/beach towel.
