Runosaurs Kids Empowerment Club is an enrichment program for children ages 3-12 of all fitness levels that uses running and physical activities as a tool to teach character strength. We are currently roaring in Frederick, Colorado & the Tri-Town Area
Traditional running games and drills are transformed into powerful life lessons.
Practices usually last 50 minutes and are divided into 3 main areas: warm-up, drill of the day, and end of class game.
