Westminster Public Library- Irving Street

Irving Street is a smaller branch library located next to Irving Street Park in south Westminster. In addition to regular library services, users can also check out bike locks year round. In the summer, this library has sports equipment that can be checked out with a picture ID. Equipment includes hula hoops, soccer balls, frisbees, volleyballs and net.
