Rec Gymnastics Clinic Hosted by Team Coaches and special presentations from our JO Competitive athletes.
This clinic is all-inclusive: Participants will work on all four gymnastics events with exclusive Junior Olympic and Xcel team coaches. Work on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor will be included. In-depth drills and breakdown of skills for the participants with hands-on spotting as well. It’s a great opportunity for the recreational athlete to have a competitive team coach working with them. *Note five year old gymnasts must be currently enrolled in kindergarten.
