Parkour Youth Level 1 Class (Weekday Class)
Parkour (or Adaptability Training) for Youth ages 6-12 is perfect for those wanting to learn how to move through their environments efficiently and creatively. These classes are great cross training for other sports and will prepare them physically and mentally for the rest of their lives!
Skills learned include how to jump and land properly, traversing obstacles, dispersing impact, balance, swinging, flips, and much more! in addition to physical skills, because of the progressive nature of parkour students will also learn teamwork, working through challenges, focus, making healthy choices, problem solving, and much much more!
