New Year's Noon Party -PARK HILL BRANCH

Kids and their grown-ups are invited to celebrate New Year’s Eve with crafts and fun as we countdown to noon with a balloon drop and bubble wrap "fireworks" stomp!

Extra fun: Celebrate the new year on your face! We will have 2 professional face painters so the kids can sport some cheek art to celebrate the New Year. Face painting hours from 11-12:30.
