LEARN PARKOUR FREE CLASS
Our Free Trial Sunday class is a chance for both youth and adults to explore a different way to excercise! Without the commitment of a full membership or even paying for a drop in class, come try out a class dedicated to introducing beginners to the world of movement!
Many studies show movement is so important, not just for our physical health, but our mental health as well. In this class we will explore a few different ways to think about movement and apply these movements to our gym environment. This may include running, jumping, landing, climbing, swinging, balancing, vaulting, and much more! Come to class with an open mind and be prepared to learn how to move!
