Kids Self Defense - After school Prgram

Teach your kids the basics of self defense including anti-bullying and advanced techniques during our eight week program. Based on the principles of Krav Maga.

Join Rocky Mountain Self Defense and our intermediate students for an 8 week self defense program designed for children ages 8 to 12.
Your child will learn the principles of self defense based off the trainings of the reality based Vanguard Krav Maga system. Use of force, basic combatives, situational awareness, and more will be the focus of this program.
Open to all children ages 8-12. No prior experience necessary.
Choose either Tuesdays or Thursdays at 5:15pm.
Program starts September 4th.
