Join us for a weekly sewing class! During this semester of introductory and continuing sewing for ages 7-11, artists will learn hand sewing and also be introduced to machine sewing techniques. Our sewing program is something special and we love introducing youth to lifelong sewing skills.
Some of the projects for Fall 2026 will include:
- Machine sewn 3D zipper bags
- Mushroom slide necklaces
- Creating patchwork fabric

Students will thoroughly enjoy learning, exploring, and creating in an inclusive and inspiring environment. Students can take this class for consecutive semesters -- we will engage artists in new ideas and projects while taking techniques further and building their skills.
