Keep your momentum going on the wheel! In this continuing class, young potters review the essentials—centering, opening, pulling walls—and then push into new challenges. We’ll practice stronger, more even walls; make taller forms; explore bowls and mugs; and try simple alterations to change shape and add personality. Students build independence at the wheel through short demos, focused practice, and plenty of 1:1 coaching. Expect a fun mix of guided projects and open studio time so each artist can set goals and see steady growth week to week.
All pieces are fired and finished with dinnerware-safe glazes—great for everyday use and dishwasher/microwave friendly. Works head home throughout the session; final glazed pieces are fired after our last class and ready for pickup about two weeks later (holiday schedule dependent).
