Equine All Day Camp

(AGE 8+) Experience the wonderful world of riding, horsemanship, and education in a longer day format. This camp is designed for the novice rider, and basic prior experience is necessary.

SCHEDULE - 9am to 3pm, MON-FRI
(AGE 8+) Experience the wonderful world of riding, horsemanship, and education in a longer day format. This camp is designed for the novice rider, and basic prior experience is necessary.
- Learn how to care for a horse (Daily chores)
- Halter, groom, tack a horse in English tack
- Learn about feed and horse nutrition
- Colors, breeds, characteristics
- Different riding disciplines
- Crafts each day that relate to the horse topic being taught
- Format is taught with ½ the time being horse handling and mounted and ½ the time in an educational class
