We have partnered with Camp Docs to automate camp paperwork including participant agreements, immunization records and medication administration needs. This online portal will allow easier use for you and for camp staff and help us to ensure that all personal information is in a safe and secure place at all times. Please note, all state required paperwork and immunization records are due before your child can attend camp. Failure to provide documents will result in no camp entry without a refund.
