3-Day Winter Break Wheel Throwing Morning Camp (8 - 12 yrs) December 29th-31st 9am - 12pm
Spend your break with creativity and clay! In this 3-day camp, students will spend the first two days learning the fundamentals of wheel throwing—centering, pulling walls, and shaping their own ceramic pieces. On day three, we’ll dive into the finishing process with attachments, sgraffito designs, and underglaze decoration. Campers will also select some pieces to be dip glazed by the Clay Hub team. Finished work will be fired and ready for pick-up 3–4 weeks after camp.

This school day off camp is open to both brand-new and continuing pottery students, ages 8+. Because each participant works at their own wheel, everyone can move at their own pace.
