Registration is finally open for The Urban Farm’s 10-week Summer Camp from June 1 through August 10. Campers will learn and practice assembling works of art while incorporating many types of mediums and media. Exploring with multicolored paint backgrounds, juxtaposed magazine cutouts, drawing with colored papers, and incorporating various textures, students will create unique and interesting compositions. Climb, spin, swing, and soar at Aerial Cirque Over Denver’s signature aerial camps - offered at both our Denver and Centennial locations! Camps are open to ages 6–teen and introduce students to 4 aerial apparatuses including silks, trapeze, lyra (hoop), and sling. Campers are grouped by age and experience, and friend requests are welcomed. Whether brand-new or returning with some experience, every camper learns in a supportive environment led by professionally trained youth aerial coaches.

This camp is held at Coal Creek Elementary, 801 W Tamarisk St, Louisville, CO 80027. Calling all detectives! A mystery is afoot, and we need sharp-eyed investigators to crack the case. This week, campers will step into the world of detectives, creating their own investigation tools and solving puzzling mysteries.

Are you ready to take your drawing skills to the next level? Do you love drawing characters from your favorite books, shows, movies, & video games? Do you want to start making your own original characters? This advance class is for you! One day at a time you will learn the “rules” of drawing the human figure AND how to break those rules to create one-of-kind characters. This class is designed for the young artist who feels they are a ready to take on a new challenge. Instructed by Rachael Batka.

This camp is the perfect vehicle for introducing young people to the joys of musical theatre.

Rooted in Studio Thinking, we nurture creativity, critical thinking, and artistic autonomy. Campers explore a wide range of techniques and processes across 2D and 3D art forms, including drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, sensory and creative play, color experiments, hand sewing, weaving, wire sculptures, found-object creations, and inventive designs.

Centered on exploration and imagination, Art Explore does not rely on pre-planned projects. Instead, students are encouraged to follow their curiosity, experiment with materials, and discover new techniques at their own pace.

Ready to be the next YouTube star? In this class, students explore different types of content, find their niche, and learn the dos and don’ts of the platform. They’ll build on-camera confidence, create channel branding, and practice video editing while developing a plan to launch their own channel. Projects will be shared on a password-protected site. Most activities are done in pairs or teams.

Campers ages 3.5 to 18 choose from a wide variety of camps to learn new skills and improve their abilities in acting. These exciting camps are 1-week half-day camps. With small class sizes, campers receive quality instruction from current industry professionals! Each camp ends with a Shareformance on Fridays! PAA focuses on building character, creating community, inspiring excellence, and supporting each student as a whole.

Eagle’s Nest Owl’s Roost (ENOR) Environmental Discovery Camp has been getting kids outdoors for over 50 years! Camp days are spent discovering Colorado’s natural and cultural history – while HIKING in a unique local park or open space each day.

Join us in Clay Hub for a full week of ceramics! Working on both the pottery wheels and learning handbuilding techniques, students will leave with new skills and plenty of functional pottery! We'll spend the first 2 days of camp on the pottery wheels learning the basics of wheel throwing, before moving into 2 days of handbuilding--including altering our wheel thrown work and having time for an independent project.

In Creature Creations, you will use a variety of materials to create your ideas. You will sew a soft sculpture creature, build with papier mache to make a piñata creature, and model with Sculpey to make miniature creatures! Instructed by Anita Rodriguez-Harman.

Join us in Clay Hub for an immersive week of ceramics focused on building skills and creating both functional and sculptural pottery. Campers will work on the pottery wheel and explore handbuilding techniques while developing their own ideas and style. Students will leave the week with new skills and finished ceramic pieces (ready for pick up 3 weeks after camp ends).

Hands-On History provides safe, engaging learning opportunities for elementary school students, enrolled in grades 1-5 (ages 6 through 12). We offer 8 weeks of summer programming at our museum location downtown, at History Colorado Center!

Whether they’re Wildcats veterans or new to the stage, campers will sing, dance, and act their way through catchy songs, upbeat choreography, and the story of friendships, choices, and finding your place.

Grab your hooks—crocheters unite! This camp is designed specifically for kids who already know how to crochet and want to take their skills to the next level in a fun, creative community!
