Summer Drama Camp at Westgate Community School
Looking for something fun to do for midsummer? Feeling like you spend your whole summer break sleeping?
Join us for drama camp at Westgate Community School!
Camp for younger students (8-12) will start on June 12 and end with an evening performance at Westgate Community School on June 16. Students will work on theater basics through improv games and a performance of a one-act called Waking Sleeping Beauty. Camp will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (There will be a lunch break, however lunch will NOT be provided.)
Camp for older students (ages 13-18) will start on June 19 and run through the 30 with a culminating performance/picnic on the new playground. Students will work on their improv and acting skills as they rewrite A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Camp will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (There will be a lunch break, however lunch will NOT be provided.)
Cost is $250 per camp.
