Strap on your Doc Martens and spike up your hair- it's time for Punk Rock Camp! We'll be exploring the whole lifetime of punk rock on both sides of the Atlantic- from the early days of British bands like the Clash and Sex Pistols, to their American counterparts the Ramones and The Stooges, as well as later bands such as Operation Ivy/Rancid, NOFX, and of course Green Day! This is a performance-based camp which will feature placement in a band setting, daily rehearsals and group instruction, and a fun end-of-camp concert open to the public. Open to players of all abilities, but basic competency on each instrument is recommended. Camp runs 9am-3pm, M-F July 24th-28th, with a concert in the evening on the final day of camp. Ages 10-18. Ability Level: Beginner-Intermediate-Advanced
