Join Chef Dan for a class all about our favorite meal of the day! Not just reserved for lazy weekends, this hands-on class will show you just how to make some of our most beloved brunch recipes – every day of the week! Chef will instruct on the skills and techniques needed to make these morning-friendly sweet and savory dishes, so you can set up your own diner or restaurant at home and re-create these recipes for family and friends – no reservations required! Ages 11 and over.
Suggested Menu Includes:
Pig Candy, Poached Eggs and Dan’s ‘Knife Skills’ Potatoes;
Orange-Scented French Toast with Whipped Cream;
Buckwheat Crepes with Ham, Cheese and Mushrooms, Brunch Greens;
Morning Muffins and Electric Fruit Salad.
